For the villa in Dubai we picked up excellent capable butlers, maids, a crew for the yacht and organised the purchase of everything (from crockery to textiles)
We found two nannies and two governesses for a large family in Jamaica with a two-year contract. You couldn't go wrong, as the cost of the tickets and visas were covered. We organised a remote counselling session with our psychologist for three months to help the children adjust. We also worked with the nannies to maintain teamwork and a friendly atmosphere in the team..
In three months we had assembled a team of 12 people. We hired a manager, cooks, maids, waiters, governesses and a driver. The client's requirements were very complex: it was necessary to select, adapt and write instructions for each person, as well as train them to work and use all the regulations with reporting.

Half a year ago I asked for a nanny. I was very sceptical, because by that time I had already become disillusioned with both agencies and private recruiters.
